Lettre ouverte – Avertissement sur le contenu : violence sexuelle
Nous, Corasol, nous vous adressons ce mot pour vous informer d’un grave incident qui s’est passé au sein de notre groupe.
Une femme réfugiée, S., étant dans une situation difficile dans un Heim en Saxe a reçu il y a quelques semaines par le biais d’un intermédiaire le contact d’un membre de notre groupe. S. avait besoin d’aide et espérait trouver à Corasol le soutien dont elle avait besoin. Elle a donc pris contact avec ce membre de notre groupe qui s’appelle Win(son) K. et se fait appeler aussi « Chancelier ». Il lui a dit de venir à Berlin pour rencontrer le groupe. S. ne connaissait pas du tout Berlin et était alors totalement dépendante de Chancelier pour s’orienter dans la ville.Chancelier a sciemment abusé de sa situation de pouvoir sur S. et lui a imposé des conditions qu’elle devait remplir sans quoi il ne lui permettrait pas de rencontrer notre groupe. Il se presentait comme une personne ayant du pouvoir dans notre groupe que tout le monde écoutent. Chancelier lui a d’abord demandé de l’argent en l’échange duquel il l’amènerait à notre réunion. Par la suite, il l’a forcée à avoir des rapports sexuels avec lui, à plusieurs reprises soit en la menaçant de lui retirer le soutien du groupe si elle ne se pliait pas à sa volonté, soit en échange d’un espace où dormir et de tickets transport, car S. lui avait donné tout l’argent qu’elle possédait pour pouvoir assister à la première réunion. S. s’est sentie intimidée et isolée par les menaces de Chancelier et était aussi dépendante de lui financièrement.
Finalement, après une dizaine de jours, S. a décidé de se confier à une autre personne. L’information s’est d’abord répandue à un petit nombre de personnes du groupe, avec l’accord de S., puis à tout le groupe. Ces faits nous ont extrêmement choqués en tant qu’un groupe qui lutte contre les discriminations et appelle à la solidarité. Nous avons directement soutenu S. de différentes façons et avons convenu avec son accord de confronter Chancelier à ses actes et par la même de l’exclure de notre groupe. Lors de la confrontation, ce dernier a nié les faits, mais nous avons clairement exprimé que nous nous nous en tenions à la version de S.
En plus d’exclure Chancelier de notre groupe, il est important pour nous de rendre cette agression publique pour empêcher que les mêmes actes puissent se reproduire. Nous voulons informer les autres que ce genre de pratiques peut arriver n’importe où. Faites attention les un.e.s aux autres et brisez cette culture de silence autour des agressions sexuelles. Pour nous, en tant que groupe, l’histoire ne s’arrête pas là. Nous condamnons les agressions commises par cet ex-membre de notre groupe et allons nous pencher sur les structures internes de Corasol pour réfléchir à comment nous avons pu en arriver à une telle situation.
Nous sommes tou.te.s concerné.e.s par les pratiques sexistes, racistes et les agressions sexuelles qui se passent dans notre société, dans nos groupes, nos familles et dans notre entourage. Soyons vigilant.e.s aux signes, réfléchissons à nos propres pratiques et agissons quand nous sommes confronté.e.s à des cas pareils.
Le racisme institutionel en Allemagne, les lois éxclusifs, sont le contexte de la situation. Ils créent le la dépendance et la vulnérabilité. Le manque des droits et d’égalité risque de créer des abus de pouvoir, partout. Une protection contre la violence sexuelle et l’abus sont, entre autres, la reduction de la vulnérabilité des personnes illegalisé.es oú mises en risque par le racisme institutionel.

Open Letter: content warning: sexualised violence
We, Corasol, are sending you this note to inform you of a serious incident that has taken place within our group.
A refugee woman, S., being in a difficult situation in a Heim in Saxony, received a few weeks ago through an intermediary the contact of a member of our group. S. needed help and hoped to find the support she needed in Corasol. So she got in touch with this member of our group who is called Win(son) K. and also calls himself „Chancelier“. He told her to come to Berlin to meet the group. S. didn’t know Berlin at all and was then totally dependent on Chancelier for orientation in the city. Chancelier deliberately abused his position of power over S. and imposed conditions on her that she had to fulfil, otherwise he would not ena her to meet our group. He presented himself as a very powerful person in the group, to whom everyone is listening. Chancelier first asked her for money in exchange for which he would bring her to our meeting. Then he forced her to have sex with him, either by threatening to take away the group’s support if she did not comply, or in exchange for a place to sleep and transportation tickets, because S. had given her all the money she had to attend the first meeting. S. felt intimidated and isolated by Chancelier’s threats and was also financially dependent on him.
Finally, after about ten days, S. decided to confide in someone else. The information spread first to a small number of people in the group, with S.’s agreement, and then to the whole group. These facts shocked us extremely as a group that fights discrimination and calls for solidarity. We directly supported S. in various ways and agreed with her agreement to confront Chancelier S. with her actions and thereby exclude him from our group. During the confrontation, Chancelier denied the facts, but we made it clear that we were sticking to S.’s version.
In addition to excluding the Chancelier from our group, it is important for us to make this aggression public in order to prevent the same acts from happening again. We want to inform others that this kind of practice can happen anywhere. Be careful of each other and break this culture of silence around sexual assault. For us, as a group, the story doesn’t end there. We condemn the assaults committed by this former member of our group and will look at the internal structures of Corasol to reflect on how we came to this situation.
We are all concerned about the sexist, racist practices and sexual assaults that take place in our society, in our groups, in our families and in our surroundings. Let us be alert to the signs, think about our own practices and act when we are confronted with such cases.
In a context of institutional racism in Germany, some people are particularly vulnerable and are more likely to find themselves in situations of dependency due to lack of rights and access to resources. Exclusion through lack of rights and discrimination makes people more vulnerable and creates the risk of abuse, everywhere. Where people have power over people, abuse can happen. Therefore, more rights and less racist discrimination are also part of protection against sexist violence and various forms of exploitation.

Offener Brief – Triggerwarnung: sexualisierte Gewalt
Wir, Corasol, schicken diese Mitteilung, um über einen schwerwiegenden Vorfall in unserer Gruppe zu informieren.
Eine geflüchtete Frau, S., die sich in einer schwierigen Situation in einem Heim in Sachsen befand, erhielt vor einigen Wochen über einen Vermittler den Kontakt zu einem Mitglied unserer Gruppe. S. brauchte Hilfe und hoffte, in Corasol die nötige Unterstützung zu finden. So nahm sie Kontakt zu diesem Mitglied unserer Gruppe auf, der Win(son) K. heißt und sich selbst auch „Chancelier“ nennt. Er sagte ihr, sie solle nach Berlin kommen, um die Gruppe zu treffen. S. kannte Berlin überhaupt nicht und war dann für die Orientierung in der Stadt völlig auf Chancelier angewiesen.Chancelier hat seine Machtposition gegenüber S. bewusst missbraucht und ihr Bedingungen auferlegt, die sie erfüllen musste, da er ihr sonst nicht ermöglicht hätte, unsere Gruppe zu treffen. Er stellte sich als sehr mächtige Person in unserer Gruppe da, auf den alle hören. Er forderte zunächst Geld, für das er sie zu unserem Treffen bringen würde. Dann zwang er sie zum Sex mit ihm, entweder durch die Drohung, ihr die Unterstützung der Gruppe zu entziehen, wenn sie sich nicht fügte, oder im Tausch gegen Schlafplatz und Fahrkarten, weil S. ihm das gesamte Geld für die Teilnahme an der ersten Sitzung gegeben hatte. S. fühlte sich durch die Drohungen von Chancelier eingeschüchtert und isoliert und war auch finanziell von ihm abhängig.
Nach etwa zehn Tagen beschloss S. schließlich, sich einer anderen Person anzuvertrauen. Die Informationen verbreiteten sich mit S.’s Einverständnis zunächst an eine kleine Anzahl von Personen in der Gruppe und dann an die gesamte Gruppe. Diese Tatsachen haben uns als Gruppe, die gegen Diskriminierung kämpft und zur Solidarität aufruft, extrem schockiert. Wir haben S. in verschiedener Weise direkt unterstützt und sind mit ihrem Einverständnis übereingekommen, Chancelier mit seinen Taten zu konfrontieren und ihn aus unserer Gruppe auszuschließen. Während der Konfrontation bestritt Chancelier die Angaben, aber wir machten deutlich, dass wir an S.’s Version festhalten.
Neben dem Ausschluss von Chancelier aus unserer Gruppe ist es uns wichtig, dass wir diese sexualisierte Gewalt öffentlich machen, um zu verhindern, dass sich die gleichen Taten wiederholen. Wir möchten andere darüber informieren, dass solche Taten überall vorkommen können. Seid vorsichtig miteinander und brecht diese Kultur des Schweigens über sexualisierte Gewalt. Für uns als Gruppe ist die Geschichte damit nicht zu Ende. Wir verurteilen die Übergriffe dieses ehemaligen Mitglieds unserer Gruppe und werden die internen Strukturen von Corasol untersuchen, um zu überlegen, wie es soweit kommen konnte.
Wir alle sind besorgt über die sexistischen, rassistischen Praktiken und sexualisierte Gewalt, die in unserer Gesellschaft, in unseren Gruppen, in unseren Familien und in unserer Umgebung stattfinden.Wir sollten auf die Zeichen achten, über unsere eigenen Praktiken nachdenken und handeln, wenn wir mit solchen Fällen konfrontiert werden.
In einem Kontext von institutionellem Rassismus in Deutschland sind manche Menschen besonders vulnerabel und können sich aufgrund von fehlenden Rechten und Zugang zu Ressourcen leichter in Abhängigkeitsverhältnissen wiederfinden. Ausschluss durch fehlende Rechte und Diskriminierung macht Menschen vulnerabler und schaffen das Risiko von Ausbeutung, überall. Wo Menschen Macht über Menschen haben, kann Missbrauch passieren. Deswegen sind mehr Rechte und weniger rassistische Diskriminierung auch Teil von Schutz vor sexistisicher Gewalt und verschiendenen Formen von Ausbeutung.
